Seattle-born and raised, Ashley spent a decade working in customer service/restaurant management before launching her real estate career in 2016. Through sheer tenacity, she took just two years to triple her listings and sells more than 30 homes annually. After several years in the business, Ashley was recruited by TeamBuilder KW — one of the state's top real estate teams — which named her "Rookie of the Year" in 2019 and "Most Valued Team Member" in 2020. Her technical talents and experience aside, Ashley knows Seattle's neighborhoods like only a native can.. Ashley loves to compile her knowledge from her personal and professional experience and her continuing education to share freely.

Ashley has many interests, including reading, journaling, exercising, music, sports, and travel. But she finds the most joy with her husband, her beloved Weiner dog, and an immensely supportive group of friends. In addition, Ashley is involved with many charities, including providing youth sports scholarships in underprivileged communities, human trafficking, fighting for social justice, feeding the hungry, and animal rescue. Ashley is incredibly passionate about helping young women gain the confidence to compete at a higher level, just as she did. She overcame adversity, became the first woman in her family in two generations to graduate from college, and transformed herself into the successful black businesswoman she's become. Ashley further pays it forward by donating a portion of her commissions to local black-owned business."
