My name is Sofia Perez-Vargas, and my real estate journey officially began in 2024, though I've been immersed in it since 2008 as my mother's unofficial assistant. At 8, I attended client meetings, open houses, and offer discussions, gaining valuable exposure and training.
I hold a background in Mathematics and Educational Psychology, having developed skills as a teacher to provide multiple strategies for problem-solving. Growing up in a Mexican household and playing competitive soccer instilled a drive and passion in me. When I set my sights on a goal, I fight hard to achieve it.
In 2023, I bought my own home and realized how nerve-wracking the process could be. This experience highlighted the fulfillment of finding a home and the impact a good agent can have.

When I'm not working, I enjoy outdoor activities with friends and family, reading books, or watching reality TV, especially BRAVO.
